The second building of a pair, the new structure shares the basic form and structure of the original. However, the footprint has been enlarged, the mullion system was simplified (to work better within leasing norms of the new day), and a textured glass spandrel panel was introduced to contrast the vision units.

The building is "linked" to the CFC Building with a walkway clad in glass block. Formal meeting spaces were developed in the new structure, including an 85 person auditorium with state-of-the-art AV technology, and a Prefunction Room with a 9 screen video wall. Materials include exposed concrete piers at the base, and a glass, steel and granite curtainwall. The first floor meeting space is shaded with a sweeping steel framed roof structure.
