The house was composed of pure rectangular pavilions, turned at dynamic angles from each other to create dynamic relationships, and spaces. The result was a very cost effective construction budget. Materials, such as split-faced block and stainless steel cables, were also selected to be low cost with high aesthetic impact. The result was a house which gently rolls along the natural site, paralleling a spring for which the road was named. The house fits INTO the site, with little impact to the environment.
