The singular space at ground level reduces the many functions in this outbuilding to its essence. A spa is sunken into the floor, keeping the entertaining space completely unobstructed. The last 8' of the building is cantilevered, and enclosed by 8' glass and wood doors. When retracted, the inside and outside spaces flow freely.
In support of the main space,a loft offers additional space overlooking the pool. In addition, a level below has sleeping quarters and a wine cellar. The materials continue the palette of the Main housein white stucco walls and Buckingham slate roofs, with exposed concrete and stainless steel detailing.
